On October 15th, Catalai students travelled to Hangzhou to meet with Karl McErlean, director of G-III Apparel. Students got to learn first hand about the processes required for designing and manufacturing clothing in East China, and also about the different issues and problems that these kinds of companies face on a daily basis. Karl was able to share many of his own personal experiences gained from almost two decades with the firm in Asia.
