Internship Sectors

Catalai partners with a large number of foreign and Chinese companies based in Beijing and Shanghai. Our partner companies and organisations range in size across all major sectors and industries – from state owned and multinational, to SMEs, NGOs and entrepreneurial start-ups. Catalai works closely with each of its partner employers to search for and to help select high-calibre interns for specific internship roles.

China Internship

For the internship part of the Catalai programme, students and recent graduates that are selected on to the programme will intern with one of Catalai’s partner employers. The work placement is a full-time internship for the whole duration of the programme.

Catalai values its long-standing relationships with partner employers, and works hard to ensure that each internship is beneficial for both the company and the intern. Catalai works closely with its partner employers to select suitable internship candidates. Our partner employers are able to benefit from our specialised search and selection process for the world’s best graduate talent.
